The Strategic Business Plan is presented in two major parts, namely, the Strategic Plan and the Business Plan.  The company background, purpose, and strategies are presented in the first part.  Rx Africa has a two-pronged strategy as its major growth thrust.  In other words, efficacious, quality, and affordable pharmaceutical drugs will be produced and sold using own production and imported drugs.  This strategy will provide value to consumers and owners simultaneously.  The second part comprises the business plan consisting of the investment required, marketing analysis, financial analysis, and organizational management.
